“Misses” (not occurring) (third-person) in Tunisian Arabic

In Tunisian Arabic, “Misses” (the verb, as in something not occurring, in the third person participle) is written using the Latin script as:

(m) Yfawet

(f) Tfawet

Using the Arabic script, it is written as:

يفوّت (m)

تفوّت (f)

“He never misses an episode.”

“He misses the bus in the morning once in a while.”

Yfawet el kar fel sbe7 mara ba3d 9adech.

.يفوّت الكار في الصباح مرّة بعد قدّاش

“My wife never misses an episode.”
