“Door”, “Doors” in Turkish

And her favourite place in Türkiye is Anamur/Mersin, where she is from. She writes about Anamur, "Growing up in a small city creates a sense of belonging that I believe can not be replicated. Even though in bigger cities you can enjoy blending in the crowds and disappearing, in small towns you can find places and people that you know and love on every corner, which is what makes it so special for me."
